Fermentation: Summer Produce Edition, September 12th

Want to learn new ways to use up and preserve all your summer produce? This class will teach you a variety of gut-healthy recipes that make use of cucumbers, tomatoes, carrots, and even fruit! Learn everything you need to know to start fermenting your summer favourites at home!

Classes are held from 6-8pm at the Roots on Whyte Community Building, 3rd floor conference room. Registration and information in store; $10 deposit required, reimbursed as a gift card at event.
