Learn to make delicious bone broth from scratch that will keep you warm and satisfied all winter long!

This class will outline the steps, ingredients and tools needed to successfully craft bone broth that is both nutritious and delicious. You will also learn some tips and tricks on how to produce broth as sustainably as possible, limiting the environmental impact.

About the instructor:

Pat Aura is the Grocery Manager at Blush Lane on Whyte Avenue. He has worked in the grocery industry for 27 years. He owned and operated a café and bakery for 8 years. Pat began cooking at the age of 4 and mastered the grilled cheese and omelette by age 5. From there, he graduated to preserves, tofu, soy milk, miso and bone broth. He continues to hone his skills in the kitchen by cooking for family and friends.
