The beginning of the year can often provoke a lot of thoughts and feelings about our eating and overall health. We are immediately bombarded by messages on how to recover from the holiday festivities by changing our diets and it can become a little overwhelming. Join Michelle McGrattan as she talks about ditching those unsustainable diets and how to maintain an overall balanced diet that is viable and leaves you feeling happy and connected.

Michelle will cover: how to balance your macros, tips on curbing those sugar cravings post holidays and meal prep tips to keep you organized. She will share some of her favourite family recipes (including ways to sneak extra veggies in) and will sample her delicious cashew cookie protein bars!

Join us for this fun and interactive event at Blush Lane Marda Loop. Space is limited and registration is necessary. The cost to attend is $10, which will be reimbursed as a $10 Blush Lane coupon. In addition, Botanica protein powders will be 20% off that day.
