Jessica specializes in Ayurveda pulse reading, diet and lifestyle consultations & counselling, Ayurveda cuisine, Ayurveda Yoga Therapy, Turiya Therapy (Marma Chikitsa), massage, aesthetics & beauty treatments.



Jessica is the owner of La Vida Veda Ayurveda & Yoga School and she currently lives and works between Costa Rica and Canada, providing international clients with Ayurveda and other healing treatments, yoga retreats, seminars, and yoga teacher trainings.
