Supper Series: Salads With Oodles of Zoodles, Doodles, & Beet Noodles! – July 18th

Join us for our second round of Supper Series: Oodles of Zoodles, Doodles, and Beet Noodles!
Crafted by local health and wellness expert and Registered Psychologist Sally Powis-Campbell, this popular class will teach you the ins and outs of crafting a nutritious & delicious salad. It will include a demo for all those new to the world of spiralizing vegetables — including zucchini (zoodles) and daikon radish (doodles). Then we’ll jump into the hands-on portion as we engage all the senses in curating a zoodle salad of your own to eat at the event. There will also be a demo of making a mason jar salad that will last in your fridge a few days and that you can toss in your bag without fear of spilling for all the summer adventures you have around the corner!
We’d love if everyone in attendance could bring their own favourite bowl to craft your salad in!

**Seating is limited & you must register to attend. Cost is $15, $10 of which will be reimbursed at the event as a $10 Blush Lane gift card.
