Supper Series: Salads with Oodles of Zoodles, Doodles & Beet Noodles!

Summer’s around the corner and local organic veggies abound! Sure you could make the usual salad, but prepping and serving up your veggies is an easy way to boost your mindfulness while eating!

Supper Series: Salads with Oodles of Zoodles, Doodles, and Beet Noodles!

This class will include a demo for all those new to the world of spiralizing vegetables — including zucchini (zoodles) and daikon radish (doodles). Then we’ll jump into the hands-on portion as we engage all the senses in curating a zoodle salad of your own to eat at the event. There will also be a demo of making a mason jar salad that will last in your fridge a few days and that you can toss in your bag without fear of spilling for all the summer adventures you have around the corner!
We’d love if everyone in attendance bring their own, favourite bowl to craft your salad in!

**Seating is limited & you must register to attend. Cost of event is $15, $10 of which will be reimbursed at the event in the form of a $10 Blush Lane giftcard.
