Fermentation 101 – Sept 25th

This class will teach you just how easy fermentation at home can be. You will learn how to make your own kombucha, sauerkraut, pickles, and more! You will also learn about promoting a healthy gut and how to incorporate fermented foods into everyday meals.
This class will include:
- Nutritional info on how to improve gut health on a day-to-day basis
Registration: a $10 deposit is required to reserve your spot, which will be reimbursed as a $10 Blush Lane gift card at the event.
