Our Philosophy At Blush Lane Organic Produce, we are dedicated to providing our customers with only certified organic produce, supporting local growers first and offering a worldwide selection of organic fruits and vegetables. Whenever possible, we sell farm-direct, local produce, which ensures the quality and freshness for our customers. Along with great quality come great prices as we skip any middlemen and give you, the customer, the best price possible. This method also supports our growers by giving them top dollar for their product. We love organic produce and we love that we can share such amazing food with our customers! Owner Biographies Matthew and Erin Paulson, Market Managers A couple with deep roots in the local organic industry, Matthew and Erin manage the Blush Lane Organic Produce Stand. Their passion for organics first emerged by growing organic strawberries at Erin's parents farm in Armena, Alberta. From this sweet start, they moved on to supporting organic farmers in British Columbia and Alberta by selling their goods at local markets. Driven by their enthusiasm and love for organics, their influence shows in the quality of the produce, and the quality of service, they provide to the people of Calgary. Robert Horricks Rob has over 12 years of produce experience with over 10 of that being strictly in organics. He originally set up Organic Express, a Calgary home delivery company which he successfully ran until selling in October 2005. Having dealt directly with local growers for many years, Rob knows what is fresh and where to find it. He also is proud to be able to support local growers by giving them fair payment for their hard work.Blush Lane is Alberta's (possibly Canada's) only certified organic retail outlet. |
